By placing an order either over the phone, e-mail or web site, customer has verbal or written agreement with Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney
Terms and Conditions. The service agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “Customer”)

1. The Service Agreement as agreed by the Customer and Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney at the time of booking.

5. The Customer is required to provide a safe working environment and advise any hazards at the Premises before

6. The quotation (without on-site inspection) provided by Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney is an estimate price
only based on Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney previous cleaning experience and information provided by Customer
over the phone or through online websites and/or email correspondence.
7. Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney reserves the right to alter the price of the Service if necessary.
8. Payment must be made by the Customer after Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney complete the Services.
Payment of One off services must be made on the day when the Services completed.
Payment of regular services must be made within 10 business day from invoice date. Late payment fee may be charged depends on certain situations.
9. This Agreement may be terminated either by the Customer or Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the Service Time.
10. Jason’s Cleaning Services Sydney has a Public Liability Insurance to cover any damage during cleaning services.
